Take the serpentine belt off and then take off the water pump pulley and you will then see the bolts that hold the pump on, take the bolts out and pull the pump off, clean the surface on the engine real good and install new gasket on the new water pump with permetex to hold it in place and let dry for about 10 minutes, then reinstall pump with bolts and put pulley back on and finally the serpentine belt and refill the radiator opening the bleeder valve in back of the water pump and when you see fluid coming out of the valve close it back up.
The pulley is pressed fit onto the pump. It will not come off the pump. You have to replace the pump to replace it.
Itll work' just not as efficiently
30 minutes but depending on your pump and how much back pressure on the pump line when it begins to reach full capacity of your tank well reduce your pump supply.
