No, the gears are stamped as part of the regulator arms. If the gears are bad the regulator unit would need replaced. More likely a problem with the gear on the motor. I've never seen the motor gear offered separately. Motor would have to be replaced.
i found it totally easier to by-pass the switch than to try to repair it just cut it and splice , i did and its been perfect since

The regulator is the part that raises the window. Can be a notched curved piece and a X shaped arm that raises the window or a plastic strip that runs in a grove. The motor can be changed. I belive regulator and the motor are both held in by rivots. These can be drilled out and replaced with bolts.

Turning the window crank in a counter clockwise direction, the window will go down, reverse direction to raise it. If you are speaking of the rear window the switch is on the a/c control panel. Down makes the window go down and up is up
