you cant, only a professional shop can charge it. the price will very depending on vendor. something to consider is why it needs to be charged? if you disconnected one of the ac lines yourself and let it drain out? or did it leak out? a common cause of system leaks is a cracked O-ring in one of your quick couplers. safe yourself some money by checking them yourself instead of paying the shop too when they charge it.
