Check behind the front seats in the footwell for broken or disconnected cables; people getting in and out of the back disturb them. Failing that take it to a garage and get the fault codes read. Often it just needs the data bus flag reset which can be done when the codes are read.
First repair whatever has caused the fault code. Then reset with an OBD 2 scan tool. Or you can simply remove the negative wire to the battery and that will erase the computer codes. If it's not fixed, it will return, usually by the 3rd or 4th time you turn the car on.
Auto Zone will check your computer codes for FREE... They can also clear them.
