If the instrument cluster on a 2002 Envoy is not working, check the fuses. There is a main fuse for this under the hood on top of the battery.
Pull out your instrument cluster and check the back of the cluster for any blown bulbs.
Check fuses
This could be a instrument cluster problem. See other questions in here on Instrument cluster check out/removal and replacement
Check the instrument cluster in the Tracker. If the fuse is ok then it is probably the connections on the cluster.
check fuse 3 and fuse 13 . not making good contact.
The instrument cluster gets its power/signal from the Body Control Module. I believe it is located behind the carpet somewhere by the passenger foot area. Not saying this is bad, but it's definitely something to check into.
If the instrument cluster is just mechanical then you will need to pull it out and check that the gears and rod that connect to the odometer are working and still connected and if they are then you will need to have the cluster overhauled by a certified speedometer shop........

Check the 1993 Park Avenue fuses first. Check the light dimmer switch to make sure that it is functioning. If these are ok, look for a bad wiring connection.
check the instrument cluster connection in back .. i got one and they would work sometimes then shut off .. i hit the dash cluster and they came on .. hense a bad connection at back plug on instrument cluster .. it runs through the plug at back of instrument cluster. sometimes the connection gets dirty doesnt make good contact. clean them up . fix is to take the instrument cluster out and clean up the connections in back.
