make sure you have the radio off and everything else that could make noise so that you would be able to hear. turn your key into the position where al that lights come on and listen you should hear zzzz sound don't try to turn your engine on because you won't be able to check if its working properly. If you hear the zzzz sound your fuel pump is good. Or you could test your fuel pressure and cross reference it through a local parts store data base.
