It might of went out, Fuel Pumps go out with no warning sometimes. When you don't hear that little BUZZ sound that they make when you turn the car on, then it probably went out... get a DVM or a test light and hook it to the wires that goes to the pump to test the wires to make sure that they are getting power. If not it could be the Fuel Pump Relay or the ASD Relay, the ASD Relay wont allow power to get to the Pump as well as the Coil and if the coil isn't getting power then the car wont have a spark to the plugs.
check battery if it has water and check the starter
The antenna wouldn't cause it to short out, that just helps it receive the signals to play music on the radio... How old is the radio... if it is factory from 91 then it might of been its time to go... i have a radio from a 90 Dodge Caravan, same as whats in your Dodge Spirit cause they carry the same radio and it short out on its own where the numbers and stuff wont light up but will still play music... I took the radio out of my 92 Dodge Spirit and put it in the van (since the trans went out in the 92 Spirit) and it works great... it might of just went out because it was ready to go.

It might be that your pcv valve is plugged or the egr valve is sticking.
Yes, but check the width of the tire anything over 195 might rub the springs and could cause a blow out.
Did you check to see if the coil was receiving any power? If its not it might be a bad wire, or possibly the ASD Relay.
Check the Idle Air Control. It might need cleaning. Check the Throttle Position Sensor. It might need adjustment or replacement.
I have a 90 dodge spirit I was having problems with the wipers and found it was just a ground wire so you might want to check to make sure the ground wire is still making good contact by traceing it back from the wiper motor it usally is ran to the firewall somewhere atleast on my car it was
there are several serious internal mechanical failures that can cause this. The only one that might be repairable from outside is low fluid. Otherwise a knowledgeable person will need to check it.
TORQUE CONVERTER IS A LIKELY CAUSE
you might want to check the brakes and roters they might be broken or warped...that would be the my first guess...then you might check the alignment
You might have a leaky rear wheel cylinder. Check it out, if not check master cylinder
