For stick shift, on gear box midway on left side there are two hex bolts. The bottom one is to drain the old fluid and the top one to fill. Park the vehicle on level surface and open up the top bolt. The level of fluid should be to the top of the opening of the bolt hole. Use the recommended fluid according to the manufacturer's specifications, It could be found in the owners manual of the truck.

Where do you check the transmission fluid on your 1994 Mazda B 3000?

Is this a trick? I have a 1994 Mazda B3000 and there dip stick along the fire way, more to the left. Open the hood and find the stick that says "Transmission fluid". Remove the stick, after the engine is hot, and transmission in "Park" and wipe it clean. Read the directions on the stick. Yeah! How do you check the transmission fluid level located on a 2001 Mazda Protege?

A 2001 Mazda Protege has a seal system, meaning the car does not have a dipstick to check the transmission fluid. It is best to take it to a dealership to have the fluid tested, but a person can check it by slightly pulling out the plug under the car, and see the condition of the fluid coming out of the plug.
