Ensure all their basic needs are met by making sure they have enough food, toilet, hygiene, sleep and interaction with other sims. Then sit them down in front of the tv or with a book for a while.
you can cheer another sim by playing Chess with them or giving them an instrument,,, or maybe perhaps you could cook for them with this ingredients: 1.) red snapper, 2.) chicken, 3.) eggs,, or,,, red snapper, chicken, eggs, and a honeycomb,, it should satisfy them good enough for a period of time,,......
you could eat it too,, it will add you +3 on all of your skills,, but it only works for a moment,, so you should do everything while it last,,,
I'm guessing by getting their needs all up. That's how it is on the second one
Up to four players can play on the Sims 2 for Gamecube.

It seems that you found his grave in the grave yard or made the leap to the sims 3. The Tragic Clown is a deceased sim. he is not the npc we know from the sims livin' large anymore. There is no Tragic Clown or Social Bunny in The Sims 3 or any NPC replacement.
In the Sims 1, sims don't grow up. Sorry =\
look up sims, sims 2 or sims 3 and go to the first thing you can click. then go to "buy' or "download"
No there isn't.
you can have up to 8 sims on a lot, and your sims can have up to three babies at a time (so they can have tripplets)
