Follow the steps as follows:
Open itunes and plug in your ipod, click on the ipod in itunes and along the top will be tabs, there will be one that says "Photos" click that ad then you will have the option to do it manually or sync and this is where you choose what folders of photos you want to upload :)
download itunes onto that PC and upload the photos onto itunes and then you can download the photos onto your iPod.

The easiest way to transfer photos from your iPhone to your PC using iTunes is as follows: Connect your iPhone to your PC using a USB cable. Open iTunes if it does not open automatically. Click on your device icon located in the upper left-hand corner. Click on the Pictures tab. Check the Sync Photos box. Choose the destination folder for your photos. Click on the Sync button in the bottom right-hand corner.Your photos will now be transferred from your iPhone to your PC using iTunes. It is important to note that all photos will be erased from your iPhone after the photos have been transferred.

If your photos and videos are stored on iTunes then they can be retrieved on another device.
Right click the song you want, then go down to "Add to playlist", then choose the playlist you want to add it to.
The current iPod Nano does not display photos.
you have to put in the place you want itunes to get the pictures from. if you want it to sync with Pictures, put in the address of the file
There are steps to this, but basically you Sync the photos from a folder on your computer to the file in your iTunes program. Look around at the header if you have the newest iTunes, it should have a button that says "Sync Photos"
By deleting it via iTunes.
