I don't know about the vomit but algeacide will help clean up the urine. The urine will cause algae growth.
Hello, has anyone heard of chlorine. Plaster pool: add 3 to 4 gal of chlor 12% strength. Bring the chlorine to 5.0 or more. It will handle the pee and the other. Let solids settle and vac to waste if possible if not just vac and back wash later. And extend the filter run time to 24 hrs.

remove the kid
Assuming you're talking about a full-size pool such as an in-ground. Just remove what you can see with a net or scoop, then let your filtering system and chemicals take care of the rest. Assuming you keep the chemicals balanced, there's no hazard to your health.
Humm, my answer would be to use 12.5% liquid chlorine and plenty of it. much cheaper than the product above. BUT..

Although you can shock-dose the pool, as I think you imply, the total chlorine level in the pool before anyone uses it should still be from 2 to 4ppm.
Also ensure the pH is correct before adding any disinfectant.
Soda Blasting is the exact same Pool Tile cleaning process Trusted by major hotels and theme parks and Government restoration projects all over the USA.
We use the same products and processes that all major theme parks and other big businesses trust to clean and seal their pools and equipment. The commercial sealing technology we offer promises incredibly long protection (ten years or longer in most cases).
Similarly, we use the commercial dry soda blasting process-the proverbial "Rolls Royce®" of pool tile cleaning processes-to remove calcium from pool tiles. The most famous use of the dry soda blasting cleaning method has been in the cleaning and restoration of the Statue of Liberty. The fact that dry soda blasting cleans such a valuable and important national treasure is proof positive of its value, safety, and effectiveness.
Although "blasting" may sound serious, all it really means is that tiny soda grains (they're so small it feels like powder in your hands) are sent through a pressure hose to clean the calcium off the tile. This works exceptionally well, but only if it's done right.
The science behind the soda blasting process is simple; Hit the tile with something harder than the calcium and softer then the pool tile. That's why we never damage pool til.Get more info at pooltilecleanings.com
First off use the chemicals recommended by a pool supply shop to clear the water and get rid of algae, etc. If you mean the bottom of the pool use a pool vacuum. If you mean 'ring around the pool' on a plastic liner use those, fairly new on the market, Cleaning Erasers, plain, without any detergent or soap.
Leaf net as much as possible debri large enough to pick up ,set your filter pump cycle to run 24 hrs continuously, adjust Ph level to 7.4-7.6, add shock treatment to pool water as recommended for your gallons of Poolwater, add Clarifier after 12 hours to help remove smaller particles backwash or clean filter cartridges after 24 hour cycle, check PH level and chlorine levels after complete.
Shock the heck out of it and then balance your pH if necessary. Next time, use a diaper.
You don't put chemicals in a pool, if someone threw up in a pool, wouldn't someone clean the pool? I mean seriously.
Clean it up

clean it up
The best way to clean a pool with dried out leaves on the bottom is to fill the pool about an inch deep and allow enough time for the leaves to loosen up. Once the leaves are floating loose, take a wet and dry vacuum and suck out the leaves and water together.
Pool maintenance in the offseason is just as critical as it is during the pool season. If you haven't uncovered it, it's highly recommended to still clean and filter it out to the best of your abilities. This will stunt algae growth that will be a pain to clean up later on.
Fill it back up?
You should absolutly clean it that is very iresponsible and lazy. It is animal abuse.
SHOCK!! Its a powder you can buy at a pool store or chemical store.. its chlorine in powder form, you just dump it in your pool stir it up a bit, wait a day or two, and the pool should be clean.

Drain the pool water, give the tiles some good pressure washing. It is best to use a surface cleaner from bestcargurus making sure that no moss and algae are stuck on the tiles. Then fill it up again with clean water
Be calm , it is not a problem, don't believe in superstitions. Just clean it up, or have someone else clean it up, so it will not attract vermin and will not cause people to slip and fall.
