Get some Milton (sterilisation fluid, for babies bottles), make up a half water, and half Milton solution, put it in a spray bottle. Spray the infected areas, and leave for a few minutes, then gently rub the area with a soft brush, that should do the trick. Depending on how bad it is, if you have got a stuborn bit, just make your solution a bit stronger, and apply again, that will shift it.
