Try tea tree oil or chemically clean petrol/gasoline. Dab. Wash.
To clean and remove stains from a wicker rug, try patting it with a damp cloth. You can also hose it down without using soap.

You can try clorox clean up. But the stains probably won't come out all the way.
The best way to spot clean dry clean only pants is to choose the solution that matches the stain. For tea stains, spot clean with lemon juice. For coffee stains, spot clean with vinegar. The use of dry cleaning fluid, Afta will remove most other stains.
Drain pool and clean with muriatic acid

You can use glass cleaner to remove the stains that build up inside a coffee maker and to take away the stains. If dish soap does not work try a liquid cleanser with bleach which should definitely remove the stains.
Washing underpants does not get them as clean as new, but will remove surface dirt and most stains. Sometimes you will need to bleach underpants or wash them several times to get them perfectly clean, especially if there are blood stains on them.
You can use a solution of two parts water to one part white vinegar to remove water stains from glassware.
