Salt does not stain you probably have calcium stains. This can be cleaned with a solution of muriatic or hydrochloric acid. try a test piece first and be careful for your eyes.
One of the best ways to clean salt stains off a garage floor is with muriatic acid. Use a light solution or follow the instruction on the bottle.
My experience is that the stains will go away by themselves, through the effects of the chlorination of the water. Does not matter if the pool is a salt pool or fresh water pool. If the pool has a plaster finish, brushing the stains with a wire pool brush will speed up the process.

thats a bad idea to have an inground salt water pool in concrete. the salt water it self may eat away some parts of the concrete, plus the fact that its underground and contains salt it attracts worms. maybe you should pour alot of clorine in the pool to kill them, then empty out the water and start fresh.

Salt water pools have their own chlorinators built into the system. However if this is broken down or under performing you can augment it with any sort of pool chlorine.
