It looks like a throttle gasket but has a 2 wire connector (red and black) Just use a 12 mm wrench to remove 4 large bolts, 3 or 4 electrical connectors, 2 small coolant hoses, 3 vacuum hoses and throttle cable and when remove throttle body you can see the EFE or PCT.
