Open Safari. Type Google.com into the URL field at the top.
There are a two ways to do this.In Safari, click the book at the bottom of the screen, and then click on History. At one of the top corners, you should have the ability to clear the history. Tap clear and then clear the history.Go to Settings, and then to Safari. Scroll down a little bit and then tap 'Clear History' to clear the history.
the games after you download them you hold in on that game and it will shake. (lol)and in the top left corner on the game they will be an X hit it and then it will ask you if you want to you hit yes. for the music just swipe to the left.
Likely you are using Safari or some kind of Dashcode application that runs Safari in the background. The padlock usually means an SSL (secure, encrypted) connection to the Internet.
If you mean on the internet, look at the top bar on the Mac while safari is open. Click 'history' and then go to the bottom of the list. Then click 'clear history'.

First, Select the "Safari" browser from the home screen. Next, click the "Bookmarks" icon from the browser window. (the little "book" icon to the left of the "tabs" button). The iPad Keyboard does not have an On Button. You need to manually press and hold the Power Button the top of the iPad to turn it on!
