There are a few ways.
Way #1:
Press the Apple Button and then press the Comma. Click Clear Now.
Way #2:
Go to History. Click Show in Side Bar. You can delete them one by one, or you can simply delete each folder containing the History you want deleted.
Way #3:
Go to Tools. Go to Clear Private Data, (do not select Cookies, however do select everything else...). Then Click Clear. :)
