Currently there is no "clear history" type function in Foxit PDF reader. A workaround could be performed as follows:
Tools=>Preferences=>History
Set "Maximum Number of Documents in Recently Used List" to 1.
Open another .pdf (to get rid of the most recent history entry) and the original history will no longer be there.
You can then go back to Tools=>Preferences=>History and set "Maximum Number of Documents in Recently Used List" back to 4 if you like (doing so will not bring back the original history).
