in many email programs, you can view the source of the email. the first time, it may not make much sense to you since the source is filled with a ton of information which most people will not need. Here is an example of source from an email.

As you can see, its a ton of information. the idea is to know where to look. in this case, the email ID is clearly marked

FYI when you view the source on your email, this will not be the formatting you see. it will much easier to read.

∙ 9y agoLog into your email, and there will be an email sent to you from the website to you signed up too. Open the email, and there will be a link that you should be able to click on that will bring you back to the website.
