A click-through rate is a metric that measures how many people click an ad after seeing it.
Go to the app you want to rate and then click it then scroll down to the bottom then click the rate box.
The click through rate for AdWords has decreased recently. Many consumers are not clicking on ads as much.
A click-through-rate is used by online advertising companies to determine if an advertisement is effective. This can be done by counting how many times a link is clicked on.
You can rate answers by using the thumbs up/down button under the answer,if you think that the answer is good,click on thumbs up,if you don't,click on Thumbs Down.You need to be in level 2 to rate answers.

You can't rate answers but you can rate the person that answered the question. Click on "recommend" beside their username underneath the question. You can also recommend them by going to their profile and clicking "recommend".
