Well based on the play and its main conflict you can name it off that. Or you could have something that has absolutely nothing to do with the play. At the same time, whatever the inspiration was to write it, you could name it that. I hope you weren't looking for a book answer.
Why not copy the great masters/mistresses as a useful start? Think of some well known titles and consider what inspired them. Eg King Lear , Macbeth - based on the key character.The tempest - based on a critical event. Waiting for godot - a short description of the play's theme. Look back in anger - a dramatic description. There's the formula : use a key character /event or a short , dramatic description of the play's key theme.
