First talk to Patty to learn about Pheoby. Then go to Batsureg and talk to the gate man. Then talk to the old cheif. Now you know that Pheoby is dead. Go back to the inn and talk to Ernnin. Net gog back to Batsureg at night and talk to Pheobe's ghost. Then talk to Patty again.
