Once you have rescued all three spies,and have the Fingerprint from the BAD Bistro, go right from Toupee Terrace and enter the BAD Control Center. Use the passcodes on the computer and follow Director D through the transporter to the laser satellite. Defeat the mini-bots and the flying command center, and you will be transported back to Spy Headquarters.
