How do you complete the pokedex in Pokemon diamond without using action replay?

This is impossible. Unless you have gone to every Nintendo Event, beaten Pokemon Emerald, and gotten all the Johto starters by seeing all the Hoenn Pokemon, you will never complete thev Pokedex. However, there are only 48 Pokemon that can't be caught in either Diamond or Pearl.

national is different its is very difficult but not impossible!!!! if it was they wouldn't have put the national dex in there!!!
I never said it was impossible. I said it was impossible unless you have gone to every event ever, and even then it would be incredibly hard to get all the Johto Pokemon (Gold/Silver/Crystal). I would be surprised if a single person in the world has ever done it.
Gman54: i finished the national dex in one week and i never owned gold/silver/crystal or any other GBA game. i have all the regi's, regigigas, mew, mewtwo, darkrai, kyogre, cresselea, arceus, shaymin, giratina, groudon, and all the legendaries that i cant think of right now!! and i ddnt use an action replay or whatever its called. i didnt go to all the events either
Then you must have traded for one of them, which to me counts as using an Action Replay because the other person must have used it.

Number one, that's only over the internet trading thing. With a friend, you can trade for anything even if you haven't seen it. Second of all, you can't catch Arceus, Shaymin, or Darkrai in the wild without cheats.

I do not think that there is a cheat to get all of the Pokemon without your Pokedex being complete. I know of several Pokemodifier codes that can get you whatever Pokemon you want, and some codes that give you an automatically filled Pokedex. However, I do not believe that there is a code in existence like the one that is described above.
