It is very simple to remove Windows. First, make sure you have all your stuff backed up. Then open Finder and go to the folder Applications -> Utilities, and in there is an application called Boot Camp Assistant. Open Boot Camp Assistant, and click on Continue. Select Create or remove a Windows partition and then click Continue. Click the Restore button to remove the Windows partition and restore the disk to a single-partition OS X volume. Enter your password and click OK. It will repartition the drive, and Windows is gone!

When the hard drive icons appear on-screen, hit the one labeled "Mac OS X". Then, in System Preferences, set your boot disk to Mac OS X. Finally, open up Boot Camp Utility, and remove your partition (assuming you want to get rid of your Boot Camp part)
