A lot of girls are so incredibly hard headed when it comes to their self consciousness in reference to their physical features that they can't take a compliment. Keep complimenting her, and when she denies it, simply tell her you do not wish to hear it, because you are expressing your views of her beauty and that in this instance her opinion doesn't matter, because she can't see herself the way you see her. Over time, you should hear her negative remarks become fewer and fewer.
