there are things called "proxy".

so you can enter sites that banned your IP or if you do not want to show them your IP.

type proxy into Google and you will find many sites that do that.

without any purpose of advertising, I personally use fadway.com or fastfreeproxy.com

it is slower browsing than normal, but sometimes there is nothing you can do.
