That is absolutely emotional abuse and no way to live. Get away from that person. When you try and confront a person like that who is very controlling it doesn't do any good. It can only make matters worse. You can tell them (confront) them with the way you feel about how you are treated...then leave and stay away from that person. Life is too short to put up with a controlling, emotional abuser. There are too many others out there who will treat you good to stay with someone who doesn't.
