NO
Personally I believe that Paint is good for starting drawings while gimp is good for colouring them in and editing photos.
no, you do not. you can use MS paint, GIMP, Paintshop, paint it!, and many others.
I believe that it depends on what your doing I use paint to get the basic form and simple design then use gimp to finish it.
Yes. You can use Gimp or Photoshop aswell
GIMP means GNU Image Manipulation Program GIMP is an image editing software. It is just like a computers paint program except more advanced and included more editing/formatting tools.
You make them with GMPaint, Microsoft Paint, GIMP, or some other program.
It's a matter of personal opinion. Photoshop is probably used by more professional artists. On the other hand, the Gimp is free.
you have to get gimp at www.gimp.com or pant.net www.paint.net which i perferpaint.net it not paint its paint.net which is great for logos.
As far as I know you cannot. You can alternatively use GIMP or Photoshop.
GIMP has the advantage of being a free download that is compatible with both WIndows based PCs and Apple Macs. This means it has become very popular. It has good reviews for use as a paint program and as a photo retouching program.
The cheapest way is to use paint, but you would have ti do the shadowing and all of that stuff to make it look real. I'm not sure about GIMP though.
