Thank you for the answer but I worded that wrong what I am trying say is how can I connect the dual prong jack to the centracom elite. Currently our system uses the VR300 microphone which sucks and picks up a ton of feedback. How can one install that jack to the old centracom elite system not the new computerized verison? Is there any device I can purchase to install the jack to this.
