The best way to go about it is to go to his web site and find his contact information. Then write a brief, one page letter explaining the reason you are seeking his help. I'm sure his organization doesn't just ignore correspondence but you may get back a letter telling you that he doesn't do that sort of thing, or a suggestion as to where you would go for help. I doubt that he will personally discuss this you - at least and unless you are able to provide him with some very compelling evidence of corruption and murder. You want to take on "the man" and nobody takes that kind of thing lightly, or jumps to quickly to make accusations. But it never hurts to try. All you can do is ask and accept his answer. Good luck.
