Trust me I have been there done that! I searched online through Google to find phone numbers and addresses, contacted the company, then they gave me the number to the debt collector whom i called and made a payment plan with and paid off my debt. Then to remove it from your credit is very simple you log onto experian.com or equifax.com and you can request a free credit report! You get one free credit report a year!
