Depending on what kind of psi-vampire you are, the powers will be different. Some are psychic; but this is a skill all can learn. A psi-vampire cannot, for some reason, make enough energy for itself and must therefore 'take' absorb' or 'drain' other things of it. You should research what. As for how.....
When you want to feed, see the aura of your 'donor' 'victim'. Research auras. See it and then imagine black tendrils coming from your chakras; the chakra you feel most while meditating. See the tendrils hook onto the aura and with every inhalation, feel the energy passing to you. Tubes are often good things to use; suck the energy.
If you use a hollow part of your body (palm, crook of elbow, hollow of throat) you can touch your 'donor' 'victim' and feel the energy passing over. This can be dangerous, though, and is more noticeable. Don't flaunt your identity to others who will abuse you becasue of it. Psi vampires are not always people who choose this life and if you tell people of who you are you could be at the end of a lot of fun and jokes.
