If the 200μV is AC, you can use a charge-pump ladder. This consists of a network of capacitors and diodes that incrementally increase voltage with each stage.

For DC, you would need to use an oscillator, either together with a charge-pump ladder or as part of a switch-mode power supply.

What formula would be used to convert at current transformer rating at 60Hz to 25Hz?

I don't understand your question. Are you asking how to convert from 60hz to 25hz using a transformer? That cannot be done. Frequency in = frequency out.

Will using a transformer to convert 230V to 12V DC consume more energy than using a few capacitors and resistors without a transformer?

no, the transformer is much more efficient <><><> HOWEVER- a transformer only changes the voltage of AC current- it does not change it to DC. You will still need diodes or rectifiers. You can also use a motor/generator- a 230v AC motor turns a 12 v DC generator.

How can you build a circuit that will convert 220 Volts AC into 24V and 5V DC without being electrified using things like a transformer diodes and a voltage regulator?

Clarification needed because without being electrified requires explanation.

Can you give us a circuit of low voltage convert to high voltage?

yes. using step up transformer we can convert low vlg to hi vlg

Does electrical transformer use a DC or AC source?

A transformer is a device to convert high voltage AC to low voltage AC & vice-versa. It works on the principle of induction. Since induction occurs only in an AC supply, a transformer cannot work on DC.. So, it is not possible to convert DC supply to AC using transformer. You would need an inverter to convert DC to AC.

How do you convert 3 phase 415 volts to 208 volts and Is there any electrical diagram or photo if using auto transformer?

Changing the voltage is done by using a transformer. These voltages are dangerous and the job should be done by an electrician who knows the safety regulations that must be followed in your country.

Is transformer is essential for rectifier?

no transformer is not necessary for rectification today most of power supplies have been made without using transformer in order to reduce weight and size of power supply.for example SMPS(switch mode poqwer supply)
