No it won't be an easy swap. You have to take into account, manifold design, stud placment, fuel pressure, jet sizing etc etc so not an easy job.

I will assume that the car is fuel injected/computer controlled carburetor. You will have to replace the intake, the carburetor and the distributor. These parts can be found at your local junk yard. Care should be taken when selecting these parts, that they are taken from a non-computer controlled chevy. If not available, these parts can be purchased from a performance parts dealer, i.e. eldelbrock, MSD.
