there are 2 things that you can do.
If you are on a microsoft, right click on the file and then choose properties. once it pops up go into general. below the title it will say what it opens with. and next to that is a button that says change. click on the that and choose iTunes. this will open it with itunes. if this doesn't work go to step 2
