You can't. They are different types of measurement. MG measures the amount of medication in regard to it's stength. CC's (and ML's SAME thing ) are almost always LIQUID measure and can be easily converted to standard measure.....30cc = 30ml = 2 tblspoons....15cc = 15ml = 1tablspoon.......10ml =10cc = 2tspoons....5ml = 5cc = 1tspoon. On a liquid medication you will see something like 250mg / 30ml meaning for every tablespoon or 30ml (30cc) you will receive 250 mg of that particular medication. <<<ADR>>>

Well actually not "can't", just nobody has taken the time to figure it out (for dry measure at least). I used a highly precise jewelers scale to weigh exactly 1 tsp of 'fine ground sea salt'. Then repeated the procedure 10 times for consistency ( because you never get exactly the same amount on the teaspoon measure, no matter how hard you try) The weight varied slightly between 4750mg and 4840mg with the average being right about 4800mg or 4.8 grams.

So, 1 tsp of fine ground salt = about 4,800mg. You can do the math and break it down from there. Of course, the calculations will be different for each material measured, since (as noted in the original answer) MG is a weight measurement and Tsp is volume. But with a sufficiently accurate scale, it can be done.
