tell her that Chinchillas have no oder, and they are very good-natured. (dont mention that they need a dustbath) also, show her a picture off of Google images or somthing of a baby chinchilla. they are just TOOOO cute to pass up.
Thats how i got mine(:
Just try to get her to accompany you to see someone who has a friendly ferret. Nobody, even the most committed ferret hater, can withstand their charms for more than ten minutes.
If you've had pets before that you didn't look after correctly then you'll have a harder job convincing her. However, if it was a few years ago, explain that you're older and more mature nowadays and that having a pet will teach you responsibility - and believe me, if you want a pet ferret, you'll need to be very responsible because they require a very great deal of attention.
First show your mother how much you know about gerbils. Tell her all the pros of having a gerbil. Like since they are desert animals they don't poop or pee much. Also tell her you should have two because they live a longer, happier, life with a companion. (lol just so you can have two gerbils!!)
You have to show your mother that you are responsible, and that you've done homework and research about ferrets. I have two of the little critters myself, and they are the loves of my life.
Read up on having ferrets, and do your homework. Never buy an animal on a whim, just because you think it's cute. Ferrets are a LARGE responsibility, equal to that of a cat or a dog. They must have regular vet checks, need lots of exercise and play time, must have constant supply of food and water, and need training and such, like how to use the litter pan.
Tell her the reasons why it's a good idea to get you one.
If you want to convince someone of something, you have to first find out what their specific objections are, and then think of how to satisfy those objections.
For example, maybe your mom doesn't want you to get a bunny because she knows they're a big responsibility and she doesn't think you're up to the task. She's right about one thing, rabbits are a big responsibility. They need:
The way to convince your mother to get you a bunny is to convince her you can take care of a bunny by researching their care and behaviour and planning on how to meet their needs. The questions/links below are a good place to start.
It takes alot of convincing. Convince ur mom/dad that guinea pigs are not rats. They dont make alot of noise at night unlike hamsters and gerbils. Then do lots of reasearch. Make a power point or a report. Don't ask every 10 mins. most kids think that bugging your parents about it will work cuz theyll get annoyed and give in. THEY WONT. Ask once or twice a week. Help around the house house. Ask for a special ocassion such as a birthday or Christmas. if in a while then save up and buy it on ur own.
Tell them the benefits of friendship and the role of responibility you will develop
get the cage food bedding then tell her it will never let you down they cant say no ask for the gerbil after you have everything throw away the recite
Buy your own
Brownose
spend a knight in bed with her
Instead of convincing her,buy your own makeup! Your mom wouldn't ever agree,...
i tell her to buy it .if she does not buy it i annoy her until she buys it.
You can start out by doing extremely well in school to make you mom proud of you and stay out of trouble.
well there probably is a reason that she wont buy you one so she probably wont
WikiAnswers will not help you to deceive your parents.
Suggest that she buy them as a gift for your birthday or for a holiday that's coming up.
Tell him that you will take care of it and viola!
you convince your mom to buy you a membership card
I tried to convince my mom to buy me a kitten, but she was being stubborn about it and said no.
