Try the following recipe to have a magnificent Bifteck taste.
Ingredients
1/2 cup of butter
2 tb spoon of chopped chipotle pepper (in can)
2 tb spoon of fresh cilantro chopped
1 tb spoon of tequila shopping list
4 T-bone steaks (10 to 12 oz)
salt and fresh ground pepper (don't bother, use regular one :D)
How to make it
1. Mix the butter, the chipotle, the cilantro and the tequila. In the middle of sheet of plastic (Saran Wrap), drop the mixture. Roll it and form a roll of butter. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or overnight. When its mid-solid, cut it into slices. Add salt and pepper on the steaks.
2. Preheat the grill at medium heat. Grill them for 5 min, after that, turn them and drop 2 discs of butter. Grill again for 5 min and place them nicely in plates.
