If (as I presume) this teenage step daughter still lives in her father's (and your) home, then she is obligated to at least be respectful of her father's wishes, even if she doesn't like you personally. If she cannot do this then she has to leave. Perhaps there is some other relative she can live with, or failing that, she can become a ward of the state.
