The easiest way is to copy and paste the file into a shared folder that all the computers have access to, then copy and paste the file onto each computer. I'm assuming there is a server involved that connects these computers. Also, if these files will be updated and distributed again, you might want to consider saving them in that shared folder and leaving them there so you don't end up with different copies of the same file and no one knowing which is the correct and current version.
