The easiest way is to copy and paste the file into a shared folder that all the computers have access to, then copy and paste the file onto each computer. I'm assuming there is a server involved that connects these computers. Also, if these files will be updated and distributed again, you might want to consider saving them in that shared folder and leaving them there so you don't end up with different copies of the same file and no one knowing which is the correct and current version. Hope this helps!
That is called a file server.
Personal Computer is the computer that is not connected unto any other computer. Network Computer are computers that are inter-connected with each others. Network Computer can access any other computers files/data from one another.
That would be called a server. A server "serves" the computer files or printer access over the network for client computers access.
Network computers send their information back to a server. It connects more than one computer so that the files may be shared as opposed to the traditional computer which has one CPU and doesn't have any direct link with a network.
If the two computers are on the same Network, you can setup File Network Sharing on the computer that has the files to be transferred.Depending upon the size of the files to be transferred, You can use a USB Flash Drive to transfer files form one computer to another. If the files are large and you need to transfer files to and from each computer, You can use a Portable Hard Drive. If there are Many computers on the network that need the resources of many files, You can use a Network Hard Drivewhere it can be centrally located so all the computers can store and receive files from.
The biggest benefit of computer networking is the ability to share files easily and quickly between networked computers. It is also easier to set up security to protect a group of computers. These are the two biggest benefits of computer networking.
The TCP/IP protocol allows each computer to "see" the other computers on the network, and share files and printers. When computers connect on the same network, it is called a local area network, or LAN .
They were used to provide terminal access to another computer and to transfer files between computers
They do this so any computer can access files made on another computer. It is very helpful in business
Hackers hack computers by using viruses or coding that enables them to get onto your network and access files.
The network window displays a list of computers in the workgroup of the computer. Workgroups offer easy access to share files and printers, etc between computers on a local network. It is most commonly used in an office setting.
NFS is an abbreviation for Network File System. It is an application which allows network users to access shared files on different computers.
