If you are sharing a photo into Google+ and didn't have your phone automatically upload photos into Google Drive, you can go to your Gallery app, pick the photo(s) in question, and on the top right of the photo is a Share icon. Click it, and the dropdown should show Google+ as one of your options. Pick that, and it will post that picture and any status you'd like to write.
You can also transfer any photos into Google Drive, and on either desktop or mobile version of Google+, you can click the Photo icon, and your Google Drive should display any pictures you had uploaded to that point to choose.

From an Android phone, you can go into your phone's Gallery or Google Photos app and use the Share icon. A dropdown should give you Facebook as one of the choices to share the photo to. On the desktop, if your photos are auto updated to Google+, then you can also download the photos to the desktop, then turn around and upload it into Facebook. The sharing functionality on the desktop version of Google+ and Google Photos only shares it to Google+ itself.
