Step 1) Visual Basic Portable Can't Make Trainers But Working Model Can, You Can Download It At:

Step 3) Click Standard EXE
Step 4) Right Click On The Toolbox > Components > Shockwave Flash > Apply > OK

and another easy way is to do the standard exp i think thats what it is called and then you press ctrl-t and click shockwave flash and then you go to were it says movie
