2) Many will sell other methods like subliminal messages hypnosis psycaitric help. They are of very little help. Dont waste your time.
3) Experience. This cures Anxiety. Anxiety will keep growing if you keep giving in to it. Except if you fight nervousness and face all problems, challanges, and situations head on. are different techniques such as putting things into perspectives
and breathing methods. For me talking to people really helps, like
a friend or even someone like a councillor, medication may even be an
answer for you. I think probably the best way to get rid of anxiety
is to slowly step by step challenge yourself. Say for example you are
scared of going on a plane, it makes you anxious. Step by step you
expose yourself to your fear in order to get over it. It may be looking
at a picture of a plane, then looking at one in the sky, then driving past
an airport, then getting on a plane. The exposure to this gradually can
eventually help you in order to get over the things that make you anxious.

I agree with you, anxiety is not fun. If you have severe or worsening anxiety, the best thing to do is get it treated immediately. Please do not panic, anxiety is very common, just sit down, relax, listen to music and let your body calm down. Don't over think your anxiety, just relaxe, use breathing methods, or even count from 17. These are a lot of methods that may help. I hope they do :)
