Inside pipe cutter
On a standard toilet in America the drain is 12 inches from the back wall to the center of the drain.
The toilet flange is usually above the floor level. You would have to cut it off the drain pipe and cap it. How you do this depends on what type of pipe the drain is made of. Even if the drain should be below the floor level, you have to seal the drain or sewer gas will come up from the drain.
The same as any other PVC drain. Trailers have a plastic or fabric covering underneath. Cut this at the drain and repair the pipe. Duct tape the cut in the fabric or staple a section of cheap blue tarp over that section.
Yes, usually easiest to dig and cut from the outside first , then use a snake with cutter attachment inside the pipe.
Possibly if there is little pressure in the pipe -(ie if it's a drain pipe) . For a pressure carrying pipe,I would cut out the hole and replace with a long coupling, or a short piece of pipe and 2 couplings.
Cut the end of the cap off, about 1/2 inch back from the end and then cut the side of the cap. You should be able to peel the cap off of the pipe. If you have enough pipe, just cut the entire cap off and start with a clean section.
You would need in internal pipe cutter, or attachment. You can also use a Dremel with the proper attachment.
If it is a pressure line, cut it out and replace it. You might get a epoxy putty to hold on a drain pipe.
corrugated box munufacture make it. or you can make the corrgated box by a sample cutting machine , can cut everything your design.
depends on the size of drain piping. Most toilet either have a 3" or 4" drain. The size hole needed would be larger than the outside diameter of the piping. 3" pipe=4" hole / 4" pipe=5" hole
