At 20 you are an adult and if you are being bullied then you should report this to:-
1) the police (it is against the law)
2) to the university authorities (you should also inform them that you have taken the matter to the police).
3) do not retaliate yourself or take any other action (unless you have to physically protect yourself from a direct attack).
You do not have to put up with this sort of behaviour, especially if the bullying is related to your ethnicity or faith.
