Anxiety? Anxiety is part of the human condition. There is hardly anybody who does not experience anxiety. But there is a great difference on how we deal with anxiety when it overwhelms us. First of all we need to recognize the specifics. This is the most difficult part of the problem. Is it part of a personal relationship, like marriage, children or relatives, is it job related or is it much wider, like a general fear of failure? In most instances, it is preferable for you to talk about your problem with a psychologist. He/she will help you find the cause. You can also read about "Problem Solving" in the book recommendation # 2 on my Bio Page.

Anxiety may have a lot of reasons but you can try to treat it by talking about your problems with parents, or loved ones that will listen to, or visit a doctor and ask for medications that may help you.
