Dealing with losing a loved one to suicide is tough. You want answers and the one person who could answer you is no longer there. You wonder if maybe you could have done something to prevent it. And sometimes you begin to think about suicide as well.
It is important to talk these feelings out. Find a support group or try a crisis hotline. You can also seek professional counseling. If you have a supportive family and/or friends turn to them for comfort.
Know that your brother chose on his own accord to commit suicide, it is not your fault and blaming yourself will not bring him back.
Please reach out if you are feeling suicidal, there are not only people who can help but there are people who want to help.
