How do you defeat an organization 13 member in kingdom hearts 2?

This is kind of tricky, and it stumped me for a long time. While you beat most bosses by damaging them until their HP is gone, the Organization members are different. Since they are Nobodies, they don't actually exist. The only way to beat them is to let them take down all of your HP, thus causing them to switch with you. Since you didn't have any health, they then die.

Will the organization 13 return in Kingdom Hearts 3?
Considering every member has died, I suppose not. Then again, its rumored that in Kingdom Hearts Manga, a few people get saved somehow. I'm not really sure, so I wouldn't count on me being right. Kingdom Hearts 3 is supposed to be about a keyblade war for those who can wield the keyblade. Since none in Organization 13 can, they won't come back I believe.

No because She is only in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days and it will be a while before KH3 cuz there is 358/2 Days that is the untold story of Roxas and Xion the mysterious XIV member to Organization XIII and then there is Kingdom Hearts Birth by sleep which is a prequil to the kingdom hearts main story line and that is what the video clip of another game at the end of KH2
Who is axel from Kingdom Hearts?
Axel is the VIIIth(8th) member from Organization XIII, Donning the title "Flurry of Dancing Flames", in the Kingdom Hearts game series. Axel, due to his skill, is usually sent out to be the assassin of the group. While int he Organization Axel 'befriended' Roxas and claimed that Roxas made him "feel like heart had a heart". Axel was sent to retrieve Roxas after he left the Organization but when the XIIIth wouldn't return, Axel was sent to dispose of him. Xemnas is the First Organization Member to be seen and fought in Kingdom Hearts: Final Mix (Japan Release only) as a secret boss at the end of the Game. Not counting that, the first Member to truly be "fought" is Marluxia (hood up) as your unknown Tutor and instructor in Chain of Memories. After him, you fight Axel.

No, you cannot. There is a point in the beginning of Kingdom Hearts II, however, when you fight a boss with dual keyblades. You play as Roxas in The Mansion's basement, and you fight Axel, an Organization XIII member. You can also fight with dual keyblades when in Wisdom, Valor, Master, or Final Form as Sora (also in Kingdom Hearts II).
