∙ 13y agoSometimes you can't just pull yourself out of depression. It's not just a mood you can suppress; it's an actual mental disorder and sometimes you need medication to counter it. I take Zoloft and I've heard Prozac is good too, but DON'T TAKE ANY MEDICATION WITHOUT CONSULTING A DOCTOR FIRST.
